Qualitative analysis of product gases generated by thermal decomposition using GC/MS method.
Solving customer problems with advanced analysis and "analytical skills"! Qualitative analysis of product emission gases.
The manufacturing of products involves heating processes such as firing and drying. By analyzing which gases are generated at which temperature ranges, we can implement measures against the emitted gases. "EGA analysis" stands for Evolved Gas Analysis, where samples placed in a specialized cup are heated in a dedicated device with a heating furnace, and the generated gases are directly introduced into a GC-MS. The obtained data is referred to as a thermogram, and the peak intensity indicates the total amount of gas generated and introduced into the GC at that temperature. "Zone analysis" estimates the temperature ranges at which gases are emitted from the thermogram obtained through the EGA method. The temperature ranges are called Zones, and we identify which components of gas are generated in each temperature range. [Features] ■EGA Analysis - Allows confirmation of which temperature range gases are being emitted from the thermogram. ■Zone Analysis - Conducts analysis by specifying temperature regions, allowing confirmation of which temperature range gases are being emitted. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
